The inaugural Bay Area Asian Pacific American Law Students Association Conference (BAAPALSA) – Building Bridges – was created in 2001 to promote education, leadership, social awareness and community service as well as to foster communication and interaction among Asian Pacific American law students, attorneys, and community leaders. Since 2001 BAAPALSA has become one of the largest West Coast forums engaging over 250 law students, judges, and community leaders on diverse legal issues impacting the Asian Pacific American community…
